Our human resources capability is second to none. We pride ourselves on our ability to recruit, train and engage teams quickly. This means our car parking and traffic management solutions give you a fast turnaround to allow you capitalise on revenue returns speedily. We are particularly proud of our record in recruiting and building teams. We recruited, trained and deployed over 140 team members in six weeks to meet a client deadline. Also, when we won the Dublin enforcement (clamping) contract, 90 staff were transferred from a previous contract holder, retrained and redeployed in two weeks.

Our leadership team at Park Rite is dynamic, professional and above all passionate about our work. We believe that mutual respect among stakeholders in any project ensures success. Our experience and success in delivering large complex projects, and in building real value for our clients over many years motivates us to achieve more.

In cases where a client has existing staff, we cater for that too, if required. We are adept at dealing with TUPE regulations (transfer of undertakings) and have done so in both the public and private sectors. We have successfully incorporated these people into our team. We work both in unionised and non-unionised environments. We have Prince 2 certified managers who ensure that all new projects are dealt with using the most up to date and efficient project management technologies. Each new and existing project is coordinated using these project management methodologies ensuring that each step is addressed in a timely and efficient way.

Process
In order to continually provide process excellence for our clients, we deploy our own extensive project management experience and the best available technology solution.

From being the first in Ireland to use mobile information transmission in our enforcement (clamping) team to our integration with the database of the National Vehicle Registration Centre, we are the leaders in providing efficient car parking and traffic management solutions to our clients.

Being independent of any technology or equipment supplier ensures we can source and apply the most relevant and up-to-date technology to the project needs, in the most efficient and cost effective manner. We are also the largest purchaser of car parking equipment in Ireland and we can ensure all our clients gain from our bulk purchasing power.

With the distinction of being the only car park management company in Ireland accredited with the Q Mark from the Excellence Ireland, the excellence of our quality processes has been independently assessed.

Our management information system reports regularly to over twenty clients and our vast experience has taught us the optimum levels to which technology can be used. This experience transfers into real savings and revenue for our clients.
