Park Rite has a significant interest in leasing or purchasing commercial car park properties whether they be large or small, free standing or integral with other facilities eg shopping centres, hospitals, rail stations, hotels etc. We will consider both long and short term lease arrangements and are open to explore imaginative rental formulas. Park Rite is the only company providing on-street warden services to local councils in Ireland at this time. Our teams provide patrols, ticket issuing, clamping and back office services. In addition we provide a parking patrol and enforcement service for private car parks including the erection of pay and display units and related signage.
Enforcement Services
Park Rite has developed a proprietary software package to integrate and expedite the ticket processing procedure with hand held PCs linking directly in real time with the mainframe database. This package enables the warden to transfer the details of offending vehicles directly from the street tot he back office where it immediately is accessible by staff. A motorist wishing to pay an On-the-Spot Fine can do so over the phone by credit card within minutes of the notice being issued by the warden. Formal notices for prosecution purposes can be issued in a timely manner and progress through the system is systematically monitored and controlled.
