Park Rite achieve Q-Mark Level 3 for 2016

Park Rite has achieved the Q-Mark Level 3 standard for excellence in quality management. The Q-Mark Level 3 award is the ultimate standard of Q-Mark awarded by Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA), the ‘guardian’ of the Q-Mark programme.

We have been committed to Q Mark quality programme for 10 years and were first awarded Q-Mark Level 3 in 2014. In retaining the award for 2016, the organisation achieved its highest ever assessment score. Following a detailed audit of Park Rite’s operations and management practices, Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA) reported “Quality and continuous improvement remains a key priority for Tazbell /Park Rite” and noted “strong evidence of leadership support and engagement to ensure this is effectively communicated and deployed”.

Park Rite and Tazbell’s CEO, St. John O’Gara noted “2016 marks Park Rite’s tenth year associated with the Q Mark. We are very proud of this. Quality is at the core of all our operations and key to ensuring that our colleagues, customers and clients are satisfied with our practices. EIQA has been instrumental in the advancement of our business’s quality practices and continuous improvement approach. “

Tazbell Services Group’s retention of the Level 3 Q-Mark for 2016 follows the Group’s qualification as a finalist at last year’s Q-Mark National Awards competition.
